Earth Fest

Earthfest Boulder is being billed as a complete celebration of sustainability and community in honor of Earth Day 2010. Exhibitors, vendors, and educational activities taking place throughout the fest will offer families plenty of interactive opportunities to experience and enjoy.

When: Sunday, April 25th, 2010
Where: Downtown Boulder (The festival area will include Central Park, the Bandshell, and the Farmer’s Market area.)Map it!

Earthfest activities will include:

• EarthDay 5k (a 5th annual Bolder Boulder qualifier) – @CU Research Park w/ 10am Race Start and Noon Awards (Click here for complete information)
• 5th Annual Dirt Day Adventure Challenge and Expo
• “Primp My Ride” Kid’s Bike Parade
• Hands-on family activities including interaction with wild animals
• Recycle the Runway Fashion Show – 1:00pm – 3:00pm
• Leave-no-trace clinics
• Renewable energy demos
• Live music
• Fly fishing classes
• Climbing classes
• Good local organic food
