Park removed from city manager’s closure list following park cleanup project   The City of Boulder Parks and Recreation Department’s Eben G. Fine Park was removed from the City Manager’s Parks Closure List on Monday, Oct. 21. The park, located at 101 Arapahoe Ave., is open to the public following a two-day volunteer cleanup project at the park last weekend, in which more than 300 volunteers participated.
