Everyone needs a healthy escape every now and then. The Rio was built on the simple promise of providing that little bit of sanctuary – any time you need it.

It all began in 1986, when the town of Fort Collins was hungry for some good Mexican food and really thirsty for a decent margarita. Three guys from the Texas Gulf Coast served up something special, and that tradition continues today with six great Colorado locations – each having a flavor all its own.
