Drop off ballots at designated locations before 7 p.m. Tuesday

Boulder County, Colo. – Voters are encouraged to deliver ballots to designated drop-off locations before Election Day. Ballots must be received by 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 10 to be counted.
Several ballot drop-off locations will be available from 9 a.m.-3p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 7; 8 a.m.-5 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 9; 7 a.m.-7 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 10:
• Boulder – 1750 33rd St. (County Clerk & Recorder’s office)
• Lafayette – 775 W. Baseline Road (Public Library)
• Longmont – 529 Coffman St. (County Clerk & Recorder’s office)
• Longmont – 1250 S. Hover Road (Twin Peaks Mall)
• Longmont – Terry St., between Fifth and Sixth avenues
• Louisville – 824 Front St. (Steinbaugh Pavilion)
• Louisville – 951 Spruce St. (Public Library, Saturday only)
Additional drop-off locations will also be available from Aug. 9-10:
• Boulder – 1325 Pearl St. (County Courthouse, closes 4:30 p.m., Aug. 9)
• Louisville – 722 Main St. (County Clerk & Recorder’s office)
Drop-off locations will only be available in Lyons and Nederland from 7 a.m.-7p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 10:
• Lyons – 432 Fifth Ave. (Town Hall)
• Nederland – 750 N. Highway 72 (Community Center)
Service centers are available to assist eligible voters with updating their registration information, receiving replacement ballots and voting on an ADA-accessible voting machine or paper ballot:
• Boulder – 1750 33rd St. (County Clerk & Recorder’s Office)
• Lafayette – 775 W. Baseline Road (Public Library)
• Longmont – 529 Coffman St. (County Clerk & Recorder’s Office)
• Longmont – 1250 S. Hover Road (Twin Peaks Mall)
Service centers will be open 9 a.m.-3p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 7; 8 a.m.-5 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 9; 7 a.m.-7 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 10.
Unofficial election results will be posted at www.VoteBoulder.org beginning at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 10. Election results will be updated throughout the evening until all ballots are counted.
A comprehensive audit will be conducted on the primary election results. Election results must be certified by the Boulder County Clerk & Recorder and bipartisan canvass board on Aug. 23. The primary election results are only official after certification.
Members of the public and press are invited to view ballot processing on Election Day at the Clerk & Recorder’s office in Boulder.

0Boulder County, Colo. – Boulder County mailed ballots this week to eligible Democratic, Republican and Libertarian voters for the primary election on Aug. 10.
Voters can check their registration information at www.VoteBoulder.org to verify whether their ballot was mailed and their voted ballot received.
Boulder County’s 2010 Primary Election is a mail ballot election with service centers. There will be no polling places.
Four service centers will be available for Boulder County voters to conduct the following:
• Vote on an ADA-accessible voting machine or paper ballot
• Receive a replacement ballot
• Drop off a voted ballot
• Update address and voting status information to receive a ballot (eligible affiliated voters) and vote
• Affiliate (unaffiliated voters only), receive a ballot and vote
Service centers will be available from July 27-Aug. 10 at the Boulder County Clerk & Recorder’s offices: 1750 33rd St., Boulder; 529 Coffman St., Longmont:
• 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m., July 27-Aug. 6
• 9 a.m.-3 p.m., Aug. 7
• 8 a.m.-5 p.m., Aug. 9
• 7 a.m.-7 p.m., Aug. 10
Service centers will also be available from Aug. 2-10 at the Lafayette Public Library, 775 W. Baseline Road in Lafayette, and the Twin Peaks Mall, 1250 South Hover Road in Longmont:
• 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m., Aug. 2-6
• 9 a.m.-3 p.m., Aug. 7
• 8 a.m.-5 p.m., Aug. 9
• 7 a.m.-7 p.m., Aug. 10

Voters returning ballots by mail must affix $0.44 postage. The following are recommended deadlines for mailing ballots:
• Aug. 3 – From outside of Boulder County
• Aug. 4 – From within Boulder County
Ballots can also be delivered to a drop-off location before or on Election Day. Information regarding drop-off locations and business hours can be found in mail ballot packets or by visiting www.VoteBoulder.org.
All ballots must be in the possession of the Boulder County Clerk & Recorder by 7 p.m. on Election Day, Aug. 10. Ballots that are postmarked but not received by this deadline will not be counted.
