Colorado Attorney General Drops Challenge to Marriage Licenses Action signals validation of same-sex marriage licenses prior to October 6 Boulder County – Colorado Attorney General John Suthers asked a Boulder court to dismiss his challenges to the validity of same-sex marriage licenses issued by Boulder County Clerk and Recorder Hillary Hall. When the Tenth Circuit Court of appeals found Utah's ban on same-sex marriages unconstitutional, Clerk Hall immediately began issuing same-sex marriage licenses. VASH program has helped reduced homelessness for Boulder County veterans by 40%Boulder County, Colo. – As many as 25 additional homeless veterans in Boulder County will soon receive stable housing as a result of a new funding award from the federal government. Boulder County, Colo. -- The State of Colorado Dam Safety Engineer, Ryan Schoolmeesters, PE, will host an informational meeting and discuss a report that investigated the effects of a dam breach at Twin Lakes.
