Yawpers debut videos, Announce Winter Dates

This Saturday night, the Yawpers play the Mercury Cafe in Denver for the first time. Until then – we’ve got some new live videos to share.
Captured by Mountain to Sound at the Thin Man Tavern’s intimate Ubisububi Room in Denver last month,the Yawpers’ performances of “Mother” and “Garbage Man” present the Boulder indie-rock and country band at its down-and-dirtiest. Hope you enjoy. These two songs are not on the Yawpers’ just-released debut, Savage Blue, but will be on our first full-length, to be recorded soon.
In other news, the Yawpers are keeping busy this winter with repeated visits to Nebraska, Missouri and Kansas, as well as a few just-announced home-state dates leading up to our first-ever appearance atSouth by Southwest in Austin, this March. This is a story of your comments on SOPA and PIPA: WHERE YOU THE TECH WORLD EXPLAIN TO THE REST OF US just why these bills are bad. So far no one has done that. Somebody needs to explain this. On the surface SOPA and PIPA seem like a good bill FOR American business and American people. It looks like a bad bill for criminals. SOME OF YOU PLEASE EXPLAIN how these bills are bad.
