Boulder native Natalie Wood joins Boulder Channel 1 TV news as anchor
Sep 23rd
Natalie Wood (yes it’s her real name)anchors Boulder Channel 1’s first daily newscast. The Boulder Native stayed in town for college where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication from The University of Colorado… But she wasn’t quite done with school yet! From there, she went on to get a Broadcasting Certificate from The Ohio Center for Broadcasting. During that time, Natalie interned at Fox31 and CBS Denver where she had some “OMG” moments when she assisted in national stories such as Balloon Boy, a visit from First Lady Michelle Obama, and The Amazing Race casting call…She paid her dues at an NBC affiliate in North Dakota where she produced and hosted the evening news. SO EXCITING! Natalie is even more excited to be a part of the daily newscast at Boulder Channel 1.
If you have any story ideas, Natalie would love to hear them! You can contact her at nataliewood@boulderchannel1.com.
