Jann’s Great American Road Trip. Starts in St Augustine Florida and continues south through the Florida Keys visiting Daytona Beach, Disney World, South Beach Miami, Coconut Grove, Key Largo, Key West and most recently south of the border to the Rivera Maya and Playa Del Carmen Mexico.
Great American Road Trip – Key Largo, Florida
Feb 1st
First we visit Key Largo and stay at the Holiday Inn Resort and marina. Then I go diving at OLN’s star Capt. Slates Atlantis dive Center then its on to the African Queen, and dinner at MRs Macks world famous kitchen. We also went to the Caribbean club where the Bogart movie Key Largo was filmed.

Great American Road Trip Florida Keys is a best of Florida Keys show, induces Key Largo with the African Queen, the famous Caribbean Club Bar, the Florida Keys Wild Bird Center, Then in Marathon Florida, the Dolphin Research Center and Crane Point Hammock, then just before you get to Key west make sure to stop by at the 7 Mile Grill and Pigeon Key where you can visit Flagler’s Railroad Camp. Then just before your in Key west you’ll want to stop by at the Bahia Honda Key and the Bahia Honda State Park there. Finally in Key West at the Southernmost tip of the United States you can ride mopeds, and stay at one of the Southernmost Hotels. And if you as wild as the people in Key West you may want to check out the Chicken Store and grab the best key lime pie in Key West at Camille’s Restaurant. Also the Fort Zachary Taylor State Park Beach and the Harry S Truman, Little White House for some historical sites, and if you love cats you’ll want to visit the Hemingway’s House and maybe a drink is what you’d like well stop by Captain Tony’s Saloon. And of course Art Museums and the famous Key West Cemetery and if you go at the right time of year you may see the Regatta boat race and sail away into the sunset on the Americas tour boat.
Great American Road Trip – South Beach, Miami Part 2

Great American Road Trip visits South Beach Miami Florida, Little Havana, The News Cafe, The Beaches of Miami where the you can rent wave runners and hang out with the diverse crowd, then back in the Spanish Village on Espanola Way you can taste a little bit of France at A La Folie. One of the nicest resorts to stay right on the beach in Miami is the Royal Palm Crowne Plaza and if you want to really show off you can rent a Ferrari or a souped up Hummer and cruise Ocean Drive over to the Wolfsonian FIU Museum for a look at some fine arts. Then south of Miami is Coconut Grove where you find Coco Walk on the way south towards Key Largo.
