Dragon Boat Festival Fills Sloans Lake

Today marked the first day of the Dragon Boat festival held at Sloans Lake. The Festival included Dragon Boats, Food Stands, and Entertainment for Kids and plenty of music and demonstrations. The boats held 15-20 people and were hand made by each team. With each boat being a piece of art, it was hard not to admire each one. The festival will continue tomorrow at 10am and conclude tomorrow night.

Coors Field Rooftop at Rockies vs. Braves

A sunny Saturday afternoon spent on the Rooftop of Coors Field watching the Rockies take on the Braves. The Rooftop brought a large crowd of 20-30 year olds where the main attraction seemed to be the multiple bars and lounge section where you could enjoy watching the game on TV’s that surround the room.
