As the chef makes the Grilled Heirloom Tomato Sandwich he explains some history about the foods and delights the crowd with a taste of his fine dish.
This month Scott shows us the treats that they make at the Great Harvest in Boulder, starting with Savannah Bars, Pumpkin Nut Muffins, Scones, Brownies, and Cinnamon Rolls. Another great morning treat is the lattes made with Pete’s Coffee.
The bread of the month for September is Blueberry Granola and Scott shows us how they make it right here. Then we learn a little about the jams and other spreads to enjoy with the good eats.
