Here’s what I think.
I have done a lot of talk TV shows and radio shows on domestic terrorism and I am about to do a whole bunch more. I have been watching TV all day taking in the news on the Terror attack of the Boston Marathon.
My coverage of violence in America goes all the way back to 1987 when I first started in talk radio. Allen Berg , a Denver Jewish left wing talk show host had been gunned down by the Aryan brotherhood in 1984. They were a neo nazi separatist group.
Then came Ruby Ridge in 1992. A right wing gun nut Randy Weaver was hold up in his Utah ranch and had a shoot out with the ATF and FBI. Ruby ridge became the rallying cry for the NRA and every right winged fanatic in America.
The Militia and Patriot movement was born then. On April 19 1993 David Koresh had a shoot out with the ATF in Waco Texas ad in the process murdered his entire cult following.
On April 19th 1995 Timothy McVeigh blew up a Federal building in Oklahoma City killing hundreds. He did this in retaliation for Ruby Ridge and Waco.
During this time the Militia movement had gone mad and there were numerous encounters with right winged crazy people all across america.
The atmosphere was much the same as it is now. We had a democratic president and an assault weapons ban.
On April 20th 1999 Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold killed a bunch of kids at Columbine High School. They used automatic weapons and bombs. They came from military families and had a deep hatred for America. They were also neo Nazis .
So today’s date April 15 is significant. It is tax day, a day right wingers hate. It is near Hitlers birthday, so they love that day. And it is near April 19th a day to celebrate terrorism in America by the right wing.
In boulder on April 20 there is an anti american rally on the CU campus surrounding pot. Why April 20th? Because it celebrates the attacks on the american legal system. it aligns itself with Columbine, Waco, Ruby ridge and Hitler.
There is a right wing battle going on in congress over guns right this week.
The movement is know as the Patriot Movement. Today was Patiot’s day in Boston celebrating Battles of Lexington and Concord on April 19, 1775 to be gin the Revolutionary war.
Who ever attacked Boston today was one of these nut jobs from the modern day Patriot Movement, from the Tea Party, from the NRA from the Republican Party.
Yesterday there was an NRA Nascar race in Texas where the right wing had become extremely worked up. In fact their attack son me were unprecedented.
So my thought is that what happened in Boston is an extremist act by right winged gun nuts to celebrate their cause.

I believe there is a core population of anonymous cyber terrorists hear in Boulder. They are software engineers who work for the federal government, private enterprise and are involved in the Boulder tech community.
They are involved in Hackathons, Statup Boulder, Ignite Boulder, Techstars, Open Coffee, etc.
They are apart of SOPA, twitter and other social media. The BOULDER TECH COMMUNITY advocates cyber crimes and is Anonymous.
FRACKING: Anonymous boldly states they have a cell in Boulder. They advertise their presence on twitter and have asserted they will destroy the county government if they allow fracking
They think law enforcement, FBI and the white House are stupid. They are beyond the reach of Home land Security , CIA and NSA..
I have had personal run ins with these people where they have hacked our company and threatened me.
My only defense has been to fight back at them ruthlessly by outing each individual ……
I consider these people the most dangerous people on earth. They have the mentality of the Uni-Bomber. He is actually a hero of theirs. That mentality is: Society is corrupt and needs to be destroyed and brought down. Capitalism is a failed system. True communism is the best ideal.

On this edition of Jann Scott Live , Jann talks about the scum who post on the Daily Camera website and Twitter. Plus the Seth Brigham Case.
Seth Brigham has been stalking me for years. He watches my TV show and then decides he has to do something about me. I have had multiple confrontations with him dating back to the late 90′s.
Brigham has also started fights in Penny lanes coffee shop where has was 86′d. The Beat Book store got a restraining order against him and he has been thrown out of Laughing Goat coffee shop. So he has a long history of harassment and violence in this community. It is completely unacceptable. As a lot of people have I have reached out to Seth and tried to help him, but he doesn’t want help. At this point, once he laid hands on me , all I want is him stopped, restrained and or jailed.
Now some of the people on Twitter and the Daily Camera who are “posters” are also violent. They try to hide by using anonymous names. But when they attack me with viscous replies, I try to expose them and let you know who they are.
Michael attacks and harasses Jann on TwitterOne such character is “Michael Smith a freelance editor, teacher, & fiction writer.” On Twitter he goes by the name of Michael @BSidesNarrative. He is one the classic Agro creeps you find posting on Twitter and the Daily Camera. He works at Crisman Porter ad agency. Smith has threatened me and gotten other people to harass me. He is a liar and your all around twitter moron who relishes in bullying people. He has attacked our staff and news organisation and I consider guys like this dangerous. He thinks he actually has the right to destroy people. The only way we as a society can do with people like Smith is stand up to them.
Over the years I have had a lot of attackers like Michael Smith who call in, post in or what the fuck ever. It comes with the territory of being famous and a talk show host. But a few years back I decided to stand up to this kind of scum and come right back at them. On twitter I have devoted entire shows to the twitter bully gang. They think they are safe and won’t be found or that I will take it and not fight back. right. nope wrong. Michael Smith You are my twitter scumbag of the week.

OEM Fails to Deliver leaves lives in peril

There is a problem with Boulder OEM. They won’t send out media releases during an emergency. They won’t install a media email feed to their website. They have stopped the information flow during disasters and Boulder OEM is playing a dangerous game. Something must be done to change this culture of ignorance.
Offices of Emergency Management , OEM, are set up nationwide as part of American sheriffs departments. They are supposed to co ordinate efforts in disasters such as the recent forest fires here in Colorado. But often times they are the last to know. During the
Boulder Office of Emergency Management in action, but what action?Four Mile fire here in Boulder in 2010 they were essentially clueless as to what was going on in the field. Their media relations was terrible or non existent and their ability to deliver information about the fire did not exist. Information had to be gathered the old fashioned way, sneaking up onto fire lines, phone calls to fire, and sheriff, scanner traffic.
In 2012 during the near disastrous Flagstaff Fire the information from Boulder OEM was better, but still late and it was never distributed. There was no flow to media and the public. OEM did not send out media releases during this life threatening crisis. So for media organizations who depend of media releases sent to their news email, there were none. Why not? OEM decided that they would send tweets to twitter to alert media of new information. The problem with that is that a tweet is not a news release and only 20% of the population including media check twitter. OEM demanded that everyone go to their site instead of having a simple feed to everyone elses email for media updates. The move proved to be incredibly thoughtless and narrow minded. In an attempt to become “new media” Boulder OEM killed it’s ability to get out information.
They then insisted that they were the only ones with correct information thereby putting censorship on all fire information. Being that OEM is usually the last to know and the last to tell you, they are useless is a raging inferno like the Waldo Canyon Fire in Colorado Springs. Only the Fire Department and Sheriffs department officers on the ground can help. For news media it means getting in there to get the story or listening to Emergency scanners.
Boulder OEM tells me that they no longer send out press releases nor do you have the ability for media to sign up to get updates. So they are essentially useless. OEM should have a feed to media. It is a common practice. The city of Boulder and Boulder County made huge mistakes with the Flagstaff Fire by not sending out media releases neither. They make an even bigger mistake by not having an email feed. On top of that their media relations designate KIm Kobel didn’t return phone calls during critical times. An email feed is dead easy to install and can be done on any website. The fact that they didn’t and won’t do it is pure negligence. No one from the city, county or OEM media relations staff would return our phone calls regarding this story. Tells you something right there.
