2013 Conference on World Affairs Boulder: Pot Atheism Communism

0

It started out with a Bang! Science over religion.  Then it was an attack on faith, God, Christianity, Judaism placated only by a shallow look at Islam and pity for it’s  women. What a disgrace this conference has turned into. Shame on everyone involved.

The entire conference has had overtones of bigotry with attacks on men, corporations, capitalism and America.  The unbalance continued with gender bashing celebrating victimization of women and  Gays.  The gender bashed was men and the culture bashed, heterosexuals For what reason pray tell??

Leftist politics kept the entire conference off balance with insulting token conservative  presentations and embarrassing feminism  at every turn.  It was the usual man hating  conference on world affairs.  They continued to bash the US military, the United states government and finally the Supreme court.  But there was much praise for China. Swell.  Young clueless entrepreneurship was also praised, but American business bashed.

The promotion of drug use was in full swing and the entire concept of addiction was scuttled.  Pushing pot on the conference was in full swing, while the University was heartily attacked for its handling of 4/20 pot celebration.

The element of spirituality was non-existent reduced to junk science and feelings. All religions were roundly attacked through out the conference while new atheism was pushed. Did I say This conference was an embarrassment  and a low point for the University of Colorado.

In attendance were the usual suspects: senior citizens, retired leftists, leftists, and more leftists.. CU student attendance was at a low ebb because quite frankly there wasn’t much that interested 17 to 22 year olds. There never is. It is an old fart conference. This conference is out of touch with reality.

Aryan Brotherhood North Korea and guns Jann Scotts Journal

0

We have turned the corner in Americans law enforcement’s ability to conduct business.  The Aryan brotherhood changed all of

Jann on location in Mexico

Jann Scott has been writing and talking about guns, gangs, war and crime for over 30 years..

that this past week by declaring a shooting war against all law enforcement.  They have taken a page out of the Mexican drug cartels playbook.  That is to say they will no longer be arrested quietly nor go to prison with their heads bowed. They are killing prosecutors and prison heads.

From their point of view it makes sense.  Aryan Brotherhood is and has always been a well organized, military trained, white, American gang of drug dealing entrepreneurs    The Mexican drug cartels have led the way in the war on drugs. They fight back with military precision. We are now seeing that with Aryan Nation.  This weeks  assassinations are just the beginning.

I think American law enforcement are powerless to stop them. They are not prepared for what is about to come their way.

Black Gangsters have always had running gun battles with police in cities like Los Angeles. They have always shot back and protected their inner city turf from police. The police in big cities let black and Mexican gangs have their turf rather than go to war with them. Nobody really cares. It is understood. “You stay here in your black neighborhoods, but stay out of the white upper and middle class areas. ” It all seems to work out.   But this is different. No one has sought out prosecutors and high level officials and assassinated them in a systematic way.

The game has changed. Good ole boy hang em high cowboy prosecutors from Texas are no match for Aryan Nation. They should be afraid, because the entire American prison system and gangland is about to blow up in our faces. God help us.

The NRA and the Gun lobby have also created a bloody mess in America. Like the Aryan Brotherhood, they are a bunch of white men on the extreme  side revolutionary politics.  They want to over throw the government with armed forces. Anyone, like gov John Hickenlooper or Senator Mark Udall who think this fight is about hunting permits, are completely blind to the reality of 2nd amendment politics.  This fight is about keeping as many guns as possible on the streets in order to over throw the government, fight back at police, bring anarchy  to American soil. As the gun nuts say. “It ain’t about hunting or home protection, it’s about fighting big brother, the new world order, the rich, the banks, the Jews, and the blacks.”  They are completely crazy and they are winning.

North Korea doesn’t seem to be in a very good mood. Well, we wouldn’t be either if we had North Korea holding war games along our borders and 20 miles off our coast.  What is the United States thinking?? Do they think that they can trash North Korea and that they will behave and be intimidated by us? It’s not working.

Just like the Aryan Brotherhood is not intimidated by US law enforcement. They want to deal drugs and they want to be left alone to do their business. North Korea does not feel like being messed with either.

So now what?? Now we need a miracle.

Jill Kelley Tampa Bay vampire socialite trashy life revealed

When Whores FIGHT SCRATCH AND BYTE !!

It is bad enough “this woman ” set out to ruin America most favorite General, David Patraius, she damaged the reputation of the Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC) inTampa Bay. She tried to have an affair with the General when he was already having an affair with the Paula Broadwell whore. And now it appears that she had an FBI suitor sending her topless photos.
The woman Kelly set about to involve the FBI, CIA and US military in a TV drama style tawdry affair. What has the country come too? Can’t these whores just take their money and leave the hotel quietly. Apparently Jill Kelly has to flash her tits on the way out.
On top of all of this Jill Kelly has three children and a husband. Hopefully she will be divorced and moving to Jersey shore soon. She cannot stay in Tampa Bay.

UPDATE:FBI agents have raided the home of Paula Broadwell overnight. Jill Kelly has been connected to another General in recent hours. Explicit sexual email have been found by FBI. What is amazing with these two late 30′s married women is their evil intent to destroy not only their families but families of high ranking US military officials. Most news reports blame the Generals and let the women off completely.

Commission sets alternative meeting date in November
December meeting schedule includes two workshops

The Veterans’ Day and Thanksgiving Holidays have necessitated the rescheduling of November’s only Commission meeting from the usual second and fourth Mondays to November 14. This will be the body’s only regular meeting in November.

North Davis Shores sanitary sewer inspections involves smoke
In this case, where there’s smoke…there’s I & I

One of the biggest challenges to operating an efficient sanitary sewer system is to ensure that all the water that needs treated gets treated, and water that does not need treatment doesn’t get it.
Seems simple, but when aging pipes allow rainwater or groundwater to enter the sewer system, a lot of water that does not need to be treated, gets treated; not an efficient use of resources.
The solution? Find the leaks and stop the leaks.
That’s the basis of current inspections of the sanity sewer systems in the North Davis Shores area with the goal of eliminating rainwater inflow and groundwater infiltration. Commonly referred to as “I & I,” the problem occurs when groundwater and/or rainwater enters the sanitary sewer system, travels through pump stations and ends up at the wastewater treatment plant necessitating its treatment just as if it were waste water.
One the the most efficient ways to find the sources of I & I is by distributing smoke into the system and then watch for the smoke. Where there’s smoke, there’s I & I.

Post-Thanksgiving FOG collection returns
Used fats, oils and grease to be collected on Monday, November 26

The City of St. Augustine and St. Johns County Utilities have joined together for the second year to collect used cooking oil and grease (FOG) following the Thanksgiving holiday.

The recycling collection is set for Monday, November 26, 7:30am–3:30pm at two recycling drop points:
25 W. Castillo Drive (Francis Field); and
840 West 16th Street on Anastasia Island.

This opportunity allows residents to properly dispose of large amounts of used cooking oil to be recycled into usable products such as biodiesel fuel. Participants are asked to allow used cooking grease to cool prior to delivering it in a safe container that will not melt or shatter. Also, to help in collecting oil in the future, each participant will receive a free funnel for future recycling efforts.
When cooking oil is improperly disposed of down the drain, it can clog sewer pipes and create environmental and public health hazards. Problems with sewer lines typically increase around the holidays when people are washing a lot of greasy and fatty foods down the drain. The fats, oils and greases build up inside sewer pipes and can cause raw sewage to back up and overflow into homes, businesses and the environment.
But it is not necessary to wait until Thanksgiving to recycle cooking ooil. There are six locations throughout the county that accepts used cooking oil year round. For a list of the locations and directions, click here.
For more information on the collection and other cooking oil recycling efforts, contact Glabra Skipp, City of St. Augustine at 904.209.4284 or Stacy Kowlsen, St. Johns County at 904.209.2662.

More recycling will make St. Augustine Cleaner & Greener

Watch for new additional recycle bin arriving week of September 24
If, as a resident of St. Augustine, you recycle, chances are you are not recycling as much material as you could. Most everyone is certain they can place newspapers, glass and cans in their recycling bin, but those are just a few of the items welcomed.
The city and its contractor, Advanced Disposal, are launching the Make St. Augustine Cleaner & Greener campaign to encourage residents to recycle and thus increase the amount of recycled material collected. But, with increased recycling comes the need for increased capacity, so a second bin is being provided, free of charge, to every one of the city’s more than 4,600 customers. Bins currently used throughout the city are 18-gallon capacity, as will be the additional one. The new bins will be delivered the week of September 24-28.
For an up to date list of what is and what is not accepted for recycling, and a map illustrating the collection schedule, visit www.StAugRecycle.info, and watch for your additional recycle bin the last week of September.

Cleaner & Greener St. Aug is topic on this week’s The Break Room

Rick Stevens, Manager of the city’s Solid Waste and Sanitation Division, stopped by The Break Room this week to discuss, among other topics, the enhanced effort to increase city residents’ participation in recycling, including the delivery of an additional collection bin to all homes next week. Lighthouse Park area next on the list for new water mains

Public meeting set for October 1 to outline project aimed at eliminating “red water”

A long awaited water main replacement project will finally get underway in a portion of Lighthouse Park starting in early November. The project, set to be completed before March 1, will replace aging, cast iron pipes, often the source of “red water,” because of the corrosive nature of the pipes.
A public meeting regarding the project will be held on Monday, October 1 starting at 6:00pm in The Alcazar Room, City Hall, 75 King Street. In particular, residents and businesses in the affected area are invited to attend so as to learn details of the project from staff and representatives of the contractor and to be able to ask questions.
Pipes to be replaced run along five streets, Lighthouse Ave., Magnolia Dr., White St., Carver St., and Red Cox Dr., and yet at no time will these streets be closed to traffic because of a hybrid technology incorporating both directional drilling and “pipe bursting,” where a new pipe is literally forced into the space of the old pipe. These methods will nearly eliminate “open cuts” in the street.
While access to and from property will not be an issue for residents and businesses, there will be sporadic periods of water outages, but those too will be at a minimum. Water will have to be shut-off for approximately 45 minutes when old water meters are replaced with new ones. In each of those instances, property owners will be notified of the shut off.
This project is funded through the 2011 Capital Improvements Bond. In addition to the Lighthouse project, water main replacements are currently underway in Lincolnville and will start after the first of the year work on Palmer St. and in areas in north city including Joiner St., Water St. and others. Projects funded by the bond that have been completed are the replacement of two pump stations, Phase I of the Riberia St. Reconstruction project, a new force main across the San Sebastian River, and water mains in Davis Shores, and along N. Park Ave. All total, the investment in water main replacement this fiscal year is approximately $1.2 million dollars.
For more information or to have questions addressed, contact Marcus Pinson, Public Works Department, at 904.825.1040.

Major traffic change for US 1 northbound at the San Sebastian River Bridge
Lane shift set for Thursday, September 27

Motorists traveling northbound on US 1 will begin using the new bridge over the San Sebastian River between Saragossa St. and King St. by 7:00am, Thursday, September 27. Immediately following the northbound traffic shift, direct access to US 1 from Almeria St. will be closed for reconstruction for approximately one month.
In addition, US 1 will be completely closed between King St. and Malaga St. Thursday and Friday, September 26 and 27, from 10:00pm to 5:00am to allow for relocation of construction equipment and materials. Motorists detouring off of US 1 during those hours will use King St. and Malaga St. as alternate routes.
Southbound traffic began using the new bridge August 24. Once northbound traffic is shifted, the remainder of the bridge built in 1960 will be removed. Construction will then move forward on installing foundations and completing the entire east side of the bridge near St. Augustine’s main Fire Station.
The sidewalk along the bridge and the turn lane from southbound US 1 to eastbound King Street will remain closed until the project is completed in Spring 2013.
Bad weather may affect the scheduled traffic shift. Motorists are advised to use caution while traveling through the area during and after the shift as commuters and travelers adjust to the new traffic pattern.

Dredging of St. Augustine Inlet flood shoal continues

Sand being relocated to beach in Anastasia Island State Park
Dredging continues this week on the $2.3 million dredging project in the St. Augustine Inlet that when completed will have removed approximately 162,000 cubic yards of beach quality sand from the flood shoal just north and south of the Vilano Bridge.
Set to be completed by November 1, the every four-to-five year project will remove sand to a depth of 12 feet and relocate it to the beach in Anastasia State Park via a submerged pipeline the length of Salt Run. The project, funded by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and the Florida Inland Navigation District, was awarded to Southwind Construction Corps. The dredging is set to be completed by October 15 with another two weeks needed to demobilize the operatiion.
The pipeline was placed as close to the eastern side of Salt Run as possible and includes two booster pump barges, one anchored at the north end of Salt Run, and the second barge located near the Lighthouse Park boat ramp. In order to complete the project within the aggressive schedule, the booster pumps are allowed to operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
