Baking with Scott – Spinach Feta Bread
Memorial Day Special, Spinach Feta Mountain Goat Bread, Mountain Goat. Cooperating with Haystack Mountain Goat farm, for the cheese and spinach from California, Scott introduces us to this great bread, good with steaks, chicken and hamburgers. A Mediterranean style bread great for dipping in oil and enjoying with a glass of wine.
Ingredients: Oregano, Garlic, Goat Feta Cheese, Spinach, Bake for 40 Minutes at 300 Degrees.
