Baking with Scott – Great Granola

This month Scott shows us how the Great Harvest in Boulder makes their homemade Great Granola.
Starting with rolled oats, sunflower seeds and cinnamon, mix in a bowl. Next add molasses and honey to the grains, add some vanilla and mix well. Let set for an hour to allow molasses and honey to soak in.
Next cover a baking sheet with cinnamon and spread out granola evenly. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes until golden brown and then let cool.
To complete the mixture add raisins and mix. Enjoy!
Ingredients: Rolled Oats, Sunflower Seeds, Honey, Molasses, Raisins, Cinnamon, Vanilla.
Baking with Scott – Spinach Feta Bread

Memorial Day Special, Spinach Feta Mountain Goat Bread, Mountain Goat. Cooperating with Haystack Mountain Goat farm, for the cheese and spinach from California, Scott introduces us to this great bread, good with steaks, chicken and hamburgers. A Mediterranean style bread great for dipping in oil and enjoying with a glass of wine.
Ingredients: Oregano, Garlic, Goat Feta Cheese, Spinach, Bake for 40 Minutes at 300 Degrees.
