This Gamble Rogers Folk Festival legacy concert features talented youthful voices. Ancient City Auto Show
The Ancient City Auto Club of St. Augustine will hold their 28th annual auto show, once again on the beautiful, tree-shaded campus of the Florida School for the Deaf and Blind. All vehicles are welcome and first through third trophies will be awarded in 28 classes. Come and enjoy the DJ, trivia, door prizes, and camaraderie as well as a huge collection of old and new vehicles on display. Vehicle preregistration is $15 in advance and $20 the day of the show. Historic Weapons Demonstrations at Fort Matanzas
Take the National Park Service’s ferry to Rattlesnake Island and experience daily military life at Fort Matanzas – the 18th century Spanish fort that guarded the southern approach to St. Augustine. From 12:30 p.m. until 3:30 p.m., authentically clad re-enactors will demonstrate Spanish muskets and cannons at the fort. Admission is free. National Symphony Orchestra of Cuba Performs Free Concert
The National Symphony Orchestra of Cuba will perform a free concert as part of its first U.S. tour since the Castro Revolution. For more than 50 years, the National Symphony Orchestra of Cuba has been instrumental in introducing Cuban and Latin American music to the international classical music community. Presented as a gift to the City of St. Augustine and St. Johns County from the University of Florida and its partner organizations, the concert will take place at the St. Augustine Amphitheatre. First Friday Art Walk
The latest exhibits, music, entertainment and refreshments at more than 20 St. Augustine art galleries. Spanish Food and Wine Festival
The St. Augustine Spanish Wine & Food Festival will feature national and international wine and food experts including several winemakers from Spain at special dinners at area restaurants and special wine tasting event. This is an interactive paintball experience of horrific proprotions! GHOST HUNT
Get trained to be a ghost hunter by professional investigators! Datil Pepper Festival and Cook Off
A celebration of the spicy little Datil Pepper. On Saturday, local restaurants participate in a cook off of recipes using the datil pepper. Judging is from 11:30am – 1pm! Vote for your favorite ‘pepper’ delight. Tickets will be sold for $1 each. On Sunday there will bean Amateur Datil Pepper Hot Sauce contest and a Home and Garden Show. First Muster at Florida National Guard Barracks
The Florida National Guard and Florida Department of Military Affairs, in partnership with La Compañía de Santiago (The Company of St. James), a member unit of Florida Living History, Inc., will commemorate the 447th anniversary of the first mustering of America’s original citizen-soldiers and the “birthday” of the US National Guard. This heritage Event will take place from 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on the grounds of the Florida National Guard’s headquarters in the St. Francis Barracks, at 82 Marine St., in St. Augustine. The museum will have an open house until 3 p.m. and a military retreat with historical re-enactors will take place from 3-3:30 p.m. Admission is free.1-877-FLA-HIST

Florida Heritage Book Festival
Celebrate Florida’s rich and colorful literary heritage at the Florida Heritage Book Festival at the Ringhaver Student Center, 50 Sevilla Street in St. Augustine. At 11:45 a.m., Jeff Lindsay will be there to sign copies of his Dexter novels – the basis for the popular TV series of the same name on the Showtime network. Coastal Cleanup Day
From 8 a.m. until 11 a.m. Local volunteers can join over a half million people in more than 150 countries cleaning up the shores of rivers, lakes, streams and oceans. Participants can pick up their supplies from the GTM Research Reserve’s Environmental Education Center, located at 505 Guana River Rd., Ponte Vedra Beach South or the Marineland office, 9741 Ocean Shore Blvd, St. Augustine. Tolomato Cemetery Tours
The self-guided and docent led tours are from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The Tolomato Cemetery, an historic cemetery is located on Cordova Street, the site of an earlier Franciscan Indian mission (Our Lady of Guadalupe of the Tolomato) in St Augustine. Burials officially ceased in 1884. Visits are free of charge, but visitors are encouraged to offer a donation. All money goes to the preservation and restoration of the cemetery. Kayak Astronomy Tour
