Boulder corporate Democrats want to gain control

Nov 12th

Today’s college students do not think for themselves and are often manipulated into a vote that may or may not

Boulder VCs Corporate Democrats out of control

make sense. That is because they are not educated or informed on the issues. Take the coal power plant in Boulder for example. there is a big question as to whether the city is competent to actually take the plat from Xcel..Running the power plant and the entire electrical infrastructure. Is a huge undertaking.
There is the issue of whether or not it will cost the city more if they run it or less if xcel runs it. Then there is the issue of whether or not if the city runs it it will reduce air pollution. In the past 5 years Xcel has made huge strides in reducing air pollution including their next venture with IBM to put up huge solar arrays for electricity
Another issue , that college students are manipulated on is urbanization and density by corporate Democrats in Boulder. The entire startup scene y like ignite Boulder,

Zayo poured bucks into Boulder city council election . It back ired.

Boulder startup week, a better Boulder Google and all of the Venture Capital firms in Boulder primary interest is making money and over building the downtown area of Boulder though they would make you think that they are concerned with affordable parentheses cheap housing in Boulder but they are not… the idea of affordable housing in Boulder is ridiculous since Boulder is the most expensive city in Colorado to live in outside of the ski towns. But Millennials can find much less expensive housing in Boulder County East of Boulder
fortunately for all those in Boulder the Millennials and college students did not get out the vote and this one failed .we actually have some city council members now who are anti-growth, anti Urbanization and anti density.
Last year former city councilman Paul Danish, the author of open space and slow growth in Boulder was horrified

Paul Danish Boulder city council father of open space and slow growth saved Boulder in the 1970s.

buy the new Google building going up on 30th Street because it was not thought out and will cause the worst possible traffic jams in the city.
Newbies to Boulder have been reading the latest books on City Planning which are all about density and urbanization but they are based on cities like San Francisco and Portland which have absolutely nothing to do with Boulder they are ten times the size of Boulder. We have recently elected some terrible city council members and planning board members who have been dead set on ruining the city and our community. They are completely clueless as to what Boulder is all about which is slow growth no growth and open space and environmental balance THE STORY ON FACEBOO. https://www.facebook.com/JannScottTV/photos/a.848872798461757.1073741826.116912788324432/1975113179171041/?type=3&theater

Men Only How NOT to rape.

She’s interested

Rape is taught to young men by other men. So called “locker room talk” about how to “get laid” is all about the exploitation of women which in itself is a form of abuse. “Seduction ”  is a lie too and form of sexual abuse.

With all of the women coming forward now claiming rape by well known men, it is apparent men are not taught good sexual health. Beginning with president Trump who on camera talked about how he sexually abuses women. Not good.  So what is Sexual health for men? Well, I will tell you.

1st off it is not healthy to force, seduce, grab or try to get a girl to fuck you.  If they want to have sex with you, they will let you know. Now if you are so horny you can’t control yourself, there are prostitutes at massage parlors who will get you off. There are free phone chat lines like Live Links or Red Hot chat where lots of girls and women go every night to have phone sex with guys. It is anonymous and an even playing field where you can work out your fantasies.

One thing about guys is that we are sexually aggressive, where as women are sexually submissive.  Male aggression gets a hold of men sometimes and turns a situation into force. Women know this. What makes them speak out is when you (guys) get out of control. When you are younger, it can be confusing for men and women. But men are the aggressors and the ones charged with sexual assault.

There don’t seem to be any classes or role models for men on how to behave sexually. Parents don’t talk about it and other guys often give terrible advice.

Men can have this incredible urge to cum everyday even obsessed with it. You can go to bars where it is known that the girls there are there to meet and fuck you. But you have to be careful because just because a girls is dressed like a whore and acts like she wants you, it may all be a game to her.  so you have to ask her.. Prostitutes are all over the place and you can find them from $40 dollars for a hand job and up. There are Free chat lines where boy meets girl, are known as sex lines. There are also porn sites like Pornhub which is free where you can find cute girls who want you to jerk off for them.

Guys you have to channel your sexual drives to places where you won’t get into trouble. Taking out your sexual frustrations on the first drunk girl you meet is not the way. You have to go where the girls who fuck go and stay away from the ones who don’t or you can find yourself charged with sexual assault.

Cindy Carlisle backlash election to Boulder growth

Cindy Carlisle is unabashedly anti growth candidate for Boulder city council. Her election today was the answer to pro-growth money which poured into this years election.  Her election was not the only one.

Maribai Nagle is a conservationist and decidedly anti growth. She jumped into this race as a 1st timer because of out of control building downtown.

Jan Burton a pro-growther lost as an incumbent because Boulder wants to stop the building downtown. Though I like Jan, she paid the price.

Jill Adler Grano a young female Boulder realtor was the only pro-growth candidate elected. Her platform is cloaked in Boulder popular buzzwords, but she is in favor of density and urbanization.

Sam Weaver was relected and his record is no growth.

Mary Young was re elected too but her voting record often comes down on density and urbanization. I am not a fan.

However, I think the Boulder city council balance has tipped back to slow growth and sanity. Hopefully this will be the beginning of the end to more giant buildings in the downtown Boulder area.
